We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who wants to be part of our team in Sollentuna, Stockholm. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing cases with world-class service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
• Receive and place orders
• Manage cases from start to finish
• Ensure that the customer always receives world-class service

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service and order processing
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good computer skills

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Sollentuna, Stockholm

Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
