At Hero, we are seeking someone who speaks fluent Norwegian and wants to work in technical support for our client during the months of June, July, and August.

About the position

The technical support team for our client is in need of an employee who can work full-time during the summer and extra as needed. You will be receiving calls and emails from Norwegian customers, so you need to be fluent in the Norwegian language, both spoken and written. The role includes, among other things:

• Receiving incoming calls and emails

• Case and order management
• Handling complaints and returns
• Invoicing and contract management
• Administering customers and cases in various business and CRM systems
• Informing customers about, e.g., delivery changes
• Other administration

About you We prefer that you have experience in some form of customer service and communication. You have a technical interest and a good ability to guide customers in a pedagogical way. You will have daily contact with customers, so your ability to go the extra mile is very important. You are communicative and care about collaboration. Furthermore, we believe that you are solution-oriented and have a positive attitude towards the challenges you encounter. You also need to be comfortable with English in both spoken and written form. To thrive in this role, you should have good computer skills, enjoy problem-solving, and preferably have experience working in Salesforce.

• Good telephone and computer skills
• Fluent in Norwegian both spoken and written
