ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant, on an as-needed basis, for our client in Burträsk. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and nights (sleeping duty) during weekdays and weekends.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 25s and needs your help as an assistant in his daily life. The most important thing is that you focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life. Working as a personal assistant means that you work where the client is.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, flexible, willing to work, and able to work both independently and in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience with autism
• Experience with visual support

Employment rate: As-needed basis.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
