Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

The client needs help during all waking hours with transfers, clothing, assistance, etc. She uses a breathing mask at night and therefore requires awake night assistance.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Skellefteå
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• is available to step in at short notice

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have a B driver's license

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is hourly employment. The position involves work during daytime, evening, or awake night in case of regular staff illness or absence.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
