ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 70% or as a substitute for our client in Röbäck, Umeå. As a part-time employee, there is also the possibility of extra work during the summer. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening/night with sleeping duty on weekdays and weekends.
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a woman in her 60s with many interests, such as stand-up, travel, adventure, and spending time with family and friends. Due to MS and visual impairment, she needs your help as an assistant in her daily life. Your role will be to support her in both daily routines and activities, and together you will create a simpler and more meaningful existence.
The tasks include:
- Support with daily routines such as household chores and cooking
- Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Transfers using floor and ceiling lifts as well as manual assistance when needed
- Accompanying on errands and shopping
- Participating in activities and trips, both locally and abroad

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and making a difference in their daily lives. Since you will be working in the client's home, high demands are placed on personal maturity and consideration. You are responsible, meticulous, and have the ability to adapt to the client's needs. You are also proactive, stress-resistant, and can handle different situations calmly. Punctuality and keeping time is a given for you. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to tolerate cigarette smoke in outdoor environments
- Not allergic to pets since the client has a cat and you as an assistant will help with the care of the cat
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working as a personal assistant
- Other care experience
- Experience with MS
Employment rate: 1 position at 70% and 2 substitutes.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
