ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a 75% temporary contract between May and November 2025 for our client just outside Vännäs. The working hours are mainly scheduled for weekdays from 09:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend work only in exceptional cases.

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you begin the introduction in April/May.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 50s who lives with her husband just outside Vännäs. She has a great interest in cooking and appreciates if you share that passion with her. Due to a brain injury, she needs support in her daily life, and we are looking for someone who wants to work as her personal assistant and make a difference in her life.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores
  • Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
  • RIK and massage

We are looking for someone who is a calm and secure person with the ability to take initiative. You are responsible, caring, and have a responsive attitude. We also appreciate your ability to spread joy and find moments of laughter, even when life is challenging. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's license and access to a car to commute to and from work
  • Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working as a personal assistant
  • Other caregiving experience
  • Care education or equivalent
  • Knowledge of acquired brain injuries
  • Experience in providing massage

Employment rate: 75% temporary position from May to November 2025.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
