About Företagshälsan i Västbo AB

Företagshälsan i Västbo AB is a customer-owned occupational health service located in the small business-rich Gnosjö region. We operate in seven locations in Västbo and surrounding areas. We have local knowledge and the expertise needed to see the connection between working environment and health. We work in teams towards our client companies and deliver services and training in the areas of health and working environment for a sustainable working life.

About you

We are looking for a company nurse or registered nurse with a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of work experience who wants to pursue specialist training in occupational health care.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and flexible. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role, have a health-promoting perspective, and are interested in preventive work. You have a genuine interest in people, health, and working environment and find it easy to build good relationships. You enjoy working both independently and in teams and contribute to a positive work climate. You have a businesslike and consultative approach, good communication skills, and can express yourself easily in speech and writing. You have a driver's license and access to a car. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the job

We offer a broad assignment where you, as an independent expert, support our client companies and their employees regarding health and working environment. Your tasks include conducting health conversations and health examinations at the clinic or at the client's site, reporting results, and suggesting measures. Supporting employers and employees in rehabilitation processes is also part of the job. You will coordinate, plan, and conduct training in the health area. We offer you thorough introduction and good development opportunities.

You will be based at Företagshälsan's clinic in Gislaved, but work at other clinics may also occur.
