Controller for a growing corporate group.

TEG Group is a Gotland-based corporate group within transport, contracting, and industrial services, currently comprising five subsidiaries: Bingers Mekan, Gotlands Bilfrakt, Gotlands Åkericentral, Translast Transport, and TEG Management and Properties. Are you an analytical, financial, and business-oriented person who is passionate about following up, analyzing, and suggesting measures to develop results and business? Then you could be our controller for one of Gotland's largest groups, playing a key role in our continued growth.

We believe you are an analytical and communicative person who enjoys working both independently and in teams. You have a positive view of knowledge exchange, like to develop working methods, and actively seek improvements. Your ability to transform numbers into insights and strategic decisions makes you an important advisor in the business for increased and continuously improved profitability.

As a Controller, you will primarily be responsible for:

· Working with business and operational development, together with all companies in the group.

· Analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying deviations, and suggesting areas for improvement within both the company and profitability per customer/product/area.

· Working closely with the CEO, other roles within finance, the board, and the management of the subsidiaries.

· Supporting managers and operational leaders with decision-making materials, calculations, and profitability analyses.

· Developing and streamlining reporting and analysis routines, methods, and working practices.

· Participating in business planning and strategic projects, calculations, and follow-ups.

· Overseeing cash flow planning and ensuring access to funds to meet operational and growth needs in coordination with the group's management.

Experience and personal qualities:

· You are a person with solid and extensive experience in similar tasks, with a good ability to quickly understand businesses and convey proposals for actions and decisions.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform financial data into actionable insights and present them appropriately to various stakeholders.

· Structured, meticulous, and accustomed to working against deadlines.

· Proactive and solution-oriented, you see opportunities and dare to challenge existing working methods.

· Good collaboration skills and communicative, both verbally and in writing.

· Engaged and curious, with a desire to develop and take initiative.
