In our unit, we work in teams around our assignments. We are social workers for children and adults, guides, and therapists. Joint preparations and supervision support us in developing our work with domestic violence. The daily work is led by team leaders and supported by an administrator.

As a social worker in the unit for domestic violence focusing on children and young people, you will handle cases involving children and young people related to domestic violence and honor-related violence and oppression. The work involves qualified social work for the target group according to SoL LSB and LVU, as well as urgent protective measures concerning cases of domestic violence. You investigate and follow up on decisions. You are expected to collaborate with other units in the organization and with external partners such as health care, police, and voluntary organizations, among others.

For this position, a criminal record check is required. This will ONLY be requested from the final candidate in the last step of the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a social worker, has experience with the target group and authority exercise. A B driver's license is required as travel is part of the job. It is advantageous if you have in-depth knowledge of violence.

You use evidence-based working methods and have good analytical skills in investigative work. You are responsible, take initiative, are courageous, and have the ability to separate issues from personal matters. You are good at creating an open dialogue and adapt your behavior based on the situation. You help others feel safe and have trusting relationships that contribute to psychological safety. You value good teamwork.

You understand spoken and written communication well, can express yourself and interact with others in speech and writing, adapt your language to different situations, purposes, and audiences, and have linguistic security in both speech and writing.
