We develop and deliver innovative systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation to businesses and public organizations. We provide competitive total solutions that both reduce energy consumption and mitigate global warming. We operate in technical insulation, and we also perform pipe and valve marking as well as sound and fire sealing. Thermion has approximately 175 employees distributed across about 15 offices from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south. To continue developing our business, we will divide our local teams into three regions, and we are now looking for three committed and business-driven regional managers who want to join us on our journey!

Your Responsibilities

As a regional manager at Thermion, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing our operations within your region. Your task will be to create profitable growth, strengthen our established customer relationships, and also find new business opportunities. You are passionate about leading teams to success, and you will play an important role in how we work strategically towards our goals. This is an operational role, and we see it as essential that you enjoy being close to our local leaders and teams while also being close to customers and key personnel in their organizations. For us at Thermion, it is essential to build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, which creates a stable business foundation now and in the future. The role includes leading and coaching your team in an engaging manner to ensure a high level of service and quality in all our projects and ongoing deliveries. This is a new role for us at Thermion, and we are currently recruiting three regional managers for our three newly established regions. You will collaborate with the other two regional managers and will be an important part of our management team, reporting to our CEO.

Your Profile

A large part of the position involves working closely with our local teams and customers, so it is important that you are a confident person, communicative, and have good collaboration skills. It is easy for you to understand different parts of our business and its value-creating aspects. You need to have a strong drive, and you enjoy tasks that involve finding new solutions to both large and small challenges. You are accustomed to handling both strategic and operational issues in a business. We are looking for someone with experience in leading and developing a business-driven operation; we believe you come from a role where you understand our industry in one way or another. Either you have worked with similar tasks before, or you have held a leadership position in a company where you have purchased technical services or installations and projects similar to what we deliver. You are an inspiring leader with the ability to build strong teams and have a strategic mindset as well as a strong business focus. To succeed in the role, you need to be relationship-building and enjoy working closely with customers and partners. You should also have a good understanding of finance, budgeting, and business development. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region are required. It is important that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
