Your mission as a site manager

As a site manager, you will work on various projects focusing on our operations and maintenance work. You will have a central and customer-focused role where your primary task will be to be responsible for the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to execution and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of the site manager does not include direct personnel responsibility; however, you play an important role for our skilled employees and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Furthermore, you support the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contact, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing.

The position is full-time. You will be based at our office in Gamleby and report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer preparedness, where our basic maintenance extends from Valdemarsvik in the north to Oskarshamn in the south. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have:

  • B driver's license
  • A background characterized by an interest in working on roads.
  • Good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written

We consider it advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in operations and maintenance / winter road management
  • Experience in a responsible position within a similar industry
  • Relevant post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant vocational training

You are willing to reach out to both customers and partners and have a helpful attitude towards your surroundings. Furthermore, you are well-versed in digital working methods and have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced everyday life.
