Job Description:

Are you passionate about environmental and property law? Do you want to work on projects that shape Sweden’s energy infrastructure? We’re looking for a Contract Officer to join our Environment and Permits Division. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in securing permits and agreements for the construction and renovation of electricity grids and associated stations across Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting permit applications and agreements. Leading consultations with authorities and municipalities. Collaborating with contractors and network owners on regulatory matters. Conducting land valuation for various encroachments. Maintaining strong relationships with authorities and legal bodies. Requirements:

• Experience in environmental and real estate law.
• Knowledge of plant and animal species, ecology, and environmental law (meritorious).
• Work experience with permits, exemptions, environmental impact assessments, rights of way, building permits, or contract management (preferred).

• Strong ability to manage processes from start to finish.
• Clear and effective communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and goal-driven approach.
