Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Delivery Management, Program-Budget/Cost/Profit, Program Resource Management, and Program-Governance & Communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid role.

The role is situated in Malmö or Helsingborg.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion the use of agile practices such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to support project delivery and team collaboration.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed, and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing agile projects and programs with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Certifications Required

Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
