We are currently looking for a personal assistant who is ready to start working part-time, preferably as an on-call substitute. We value long-term relationships and appreciate it if you have the possibility to continue as an on-call substitute after the summer, as we believe in building stable, long-term connections.

The client is a woman who needs help and support in her daily life. As her personal assistant, you will act as her extended arms and legs and help her communicate with others. Since the client lives in her own home, your role also includes supporting her with daily chores such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking.

Working hours vary and include days, evenings, on-call shifts, nights, and weekends. Some shifts are covered with double staffing, meaning two assistants will be present.

Your workplace follows the client, meaning you will work wherever the client is – for example, at home, at friends' houses, at the stable, or during various activities.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, engaged, solution-oriented, and flexible. Since the client's daily routine includes various forms of exercise, it is important that you have a genuine interest in the body and how it functions so you can support the client in the best possible way. The training includes horse riding, pool exercises, and activities based on conductive education. As the client spends time at the stable, it is a requirement that you do not have fur allergies and are not afraid of horses.

We also look for an assistant who has an eye for detail, is situation-aware, positive, and confident.

Flexibility is required as the job sometimes involves travel, for example, if the client wants to go away for a weekend or trains temporarily in another location.
