Sales Manager - Grocery Department at ICA Maxi Borlänge

We are now looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a role that combines customer service, sales, and leadership!

About the Role

As a Sales Manager with us, you will enjoy a varied daily routine where no two days are alike. You work at a fast pace and create the right conditions for your colleagues to succeed in their daily tasks. You play a key role in leading the team and are responsible for delivering the department's results, focusing on sales, margin, shrinkage, and high operational standards through clear follow-up, good structure, and hands-on leadership.

Your Profile

You are engaged, positive, and enjoy collaborating. You are deeply committed to the store and sales, and you are motivated by achieving results. You can quickly switch between tasks and enjoy finding solutions when conditions change.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the grocery retail industry, preferably with responsibility for the grocery (dry goods) department.
• Good understanding of store economics and experience working towards sales and profitability targets.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a structured manner.
• Experience with ICA's systems AoB and Min Butik.

Employment/Application

Permanent position, Full-time, with a 6-month probation period.

You will be part of the on-call group, which also involves working evenings and weekends.
