We are now strengthening our team in construction machinery and are looking for an engaged product specialist. You will have the opportunity to work with well-known brands such as Bomag and TEREX in a well-established company.

About the role

In this role, you will work in close dialogue with both customers and our colleagues in technical support. You will become a key resource for our service technicians, sales staff, and workshops across the country, supporting them with more advanced and technically challenging cases. You will be responsible for supplier contacts and maintaining relationships with the respective factories. Although much can be handled digitally, the role requires you to be on-site when necessary, which involves travel within Sweden.

You will stay continuously updated on new products and technical innovations, ensuring that the correct information is communicated throughout the organization. You will follow up on and forward product requests from sales and customers, as well as report technical issues in a structured manner. By training both service technicians and sales staff, you ensure that they always have the right knowledge and are up to date regarding our range and products.

Your profile

As a person, we would like you to be engaged, take initiative, and enjoy working independently. You need to have patience and a natural way of providing good service. You are reliable and have good judgment, while also maintaining a business-like approach towards both Söderberg & Haak and our customers. Additionally, it is a great advantage if you have a talent for explaining things clearly and pedagogically, as you often support others in understanding our products and solutions.

• Previous experience as a mechanic in construction machinery or product specialist for another brand
• Vocational education in vehicle technology
• Knowledge and experience in vehicle hydraulics, hydraulic systems, and engine technology
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license is required
