Then the position of Senior Process Operator in our production department is the perfect fit for you!

As a Senior Process Operator in our chemical production, you will primarily work with large-scale manufacturing of the company's various products. You will be responsible for producing everything from simple maintenance products to more complex functional products, such as bio-based binders that replace plastics and biodegradable impregnating agents for clothing. This involves various manufacturing methods such as homogenization and preparation, as well as the use of process equipment like high-pressure homogenizers and preparation tanks. Finally, you will prepare the products for the next step in the process chain.

The production department is a key part of the operational business, responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of our products. Our production operates on a two-shift system: the first shift from 06:30–15:00 and the second shift from 14:30–23:00. You will work in a shift team with other operators, with the Production Manager and Team Leader as your direct supervisors, who support and structure the production work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have:

• Completed post-secondary education.
• At least 2 years of experience in chemical preparation.
• Experience in leadership.
• License and experience operating counterbalance forklifts.

Meritorious: Previous experience with chemical preparation of emulsions.
