Nurses for Home Health Care – 6 Positions

Assignment Period: Weeks 34–53, 2026-08-17 to 2027-01-03

Application Deadline: 2026-08-14

About the Assignment

We are looking for nurses for assignments within home health care in Umeå. The work is based out of our team office in Umeå, but is primarily performed at the patients' homes.

Responsibilities

Standard nursing duties at the primary care level, for example:

  • Medication management and dose splitting
  • Dressing changes
  • Sample collection
  • PICC lines and central access
  • Nutritional drips

Working Hours

Day, evening, and weekends. No night shifts.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Category B driver's license (mandatory, as the role involves working independently in patients' homes)

Merits

  • Specialist education as a District Nurse (VUB)
