Vårdcentralen Fagerängen is a small and cozy health center where we care for each other and our patients. We work independently with a strong focus on accessibility, service, and development. The health center is located in the middle of a residential area in the eastern part of Trelleborg, with good public transport connections and walking distance to the sea. We are a stable and well-functioning unit with approximately 30 employees and 7,000 registered patients.

In addition to doctor's clinics, we have a counselor, rehab coordinator, nurse and assistant nurse clinic, smoking cessation services, asthma/COPD, diabetes, memory, blood pressure, district, and elderly care clinics, as well as a dietitian clinic. Our medical secretaries handle the administrative aspects of the clinic work and also manage reception duties. We collaborate with Lyftet Rehab to offer our patients access to physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an MLA with us, you contribute to the overall medical quality and development of the operations. Additionally, you are part of the health center's internal management group and will contribute to high patient safety at the center. You are also part of an MLA network and have close contact with the chief physicians. The scope of the assignment is 20 percent.

You are offered stimulating work covering the entire field of general medicine. The responsibilities include doctor's clinics with both acute and scheduled visits. Having your own patient list with a maximum of approximately 1,100 registered patients creates good conditions for continuity and a sustainable working life. For those who wish to share their knowledge, there is also the opportunity to supervise ST-doctors, AT-doctors, and students, thereby contributing to the primary care of the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with permission to work in Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have specialist competence in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills of at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, positive, and have a good sense of service. Furthermore, you want to contribute to the development of the operation and always work from the best interests of the patients and the operation. You are engaged and can think outside the box. Furthermore, you are quick to make decisions, clear in your communication, but above all, careful and cooperative. We believe in the power of working together.
