SERVICE ENGINEER

To our service station in Stockholm, we are now looking for a customer-focused service engineer specializing in professional laundry equipment. We put the customer experience first and are proud to be the face of Electrolux Professional.

With us, you will enjoy flexible work with freedom under responsibility. You will work closely with the customer throughout the entire service process, from planning and booking to troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of modern and energy-efficient machines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

A day in the role of a laundry service engineer:

As a service engineer at Electrolux Professional, you have a varied and independent workday. You combine technical knowledge with customer service and problem-solving to ensure that our customers' laundry rooms operate efficiently and without interruption.

The day begins with you planning your assignments, reviewing incoming fault reports, and ensuring you have the right tools and spare parts with you. If necessary, you contact the customer to confirm times or arrange access to the facility.

On-site at the customer's location, you work on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on washing machines, tumble dryers, drying cabinets, and ironers. You identify and rectify faults and document completed work in our systems.

If further actions are required, you order spare parts and plan for follow-up. You also act as an advisor, recommending service agreements, detergents, and dosing solutions that contribute to better operating economics and reduced wear and tear.

When the work is completed, you review the actions taken with the customer and ensure everything is functioning correctly. You then close the case in our systems so that both the customer and your colleagues have full visibility into the work.

The role sometimes involves heavy lifting and working in tight spaces. Therefore, it is important that you are physically fit.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU ARE

Proactive: You are not satisfied with just solving the problem at hand; you work preventively and think one step ahead.

Service-oriented: You put the customer first and always strive to deliver a positive customer experience.

Collaborative: You are happy to help both customers and colleagues and contribute to a positive work climate.

Communicative: You explain technical problems and solutions in a clear and pedagogical manner.

Responsible and engaged: You take ownership of your assignments and have a strong desire to deliver high quality.
