Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse for Valbo Health Center

Valbo Your Health Center is easily accessible and located in central Valbo. We are approximately 35 employees taking care of our slightly over 9,000 registered patients. We provide standard primary care with a district nurse clinic, doctor's clinic, Child Health Care Center (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and home visits. We also have specialist clinics for hypertension, asthma/COPD, diabetes, and wound care. We work extensively in a team-based manner where all professional categories collaborate for the patient's benefit.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you will work closely with other professions and meet patients of all ages with different needs. Here, you will work in a varied and stimulating environment with a focus on patient-centered care and preventive work.

As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you will among other things work with:

• Telephone advice
• Clinic work, planned and acute
• Preventive health care
• Digital advice via Min vård Gävleborg (My Care Gävleborg)

In the role of district nurse/registered nurse, you must:

• Be a trained district nurse or registered nurse
• Hold a valid B driver's license

For this position, it is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care.
