At the moment, Timrå Data & Service is looking for two administrators/support technicians with experience in customer service.
About the role
The responsibilities include registering new cases, handling service units, and unpacking goods. The role also involves providing support for white goods and similar products – we will provide on-site training for this. You will also be answering phone calls and assisting customers at our checkout.
