Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the implementation of a new production blending line
• Take over an ongoing investment project through a structured handover
• Manage the project from execution through final delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate project activities alongside ongoing production operations
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and external vendors
• Oversee contracts, procurement activities, and supplier performance
• Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, and quality requirements
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality
• Track project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with food production standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Drive successful commissioning and handover of the new production line

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within food production or food manufacturing (mandatory)
• Strong experience managing industrial investment or capital projects
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, procurement, and external vendors
• Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating projects within active production facilities
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to independently lead complex technical projects
• Structured, organized, and delivery-focused approach
• Flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
