We are specialists in machinery and equipment within agriculture, forestry, gardening, and home & leisure. We perform service and repairs on forestry and agricultural machinery as well as garden machinery. In our stores, we have a wide range of lawn mowers, snow blowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, etc. We also offer saw and garden products, accessories, oils, batteries, work and protective clothing, and sales within hydraulics.

Jaco Maskinservice is an authorized service provider for John Deere Forestry, the market-leading supplier of forestry machinery in Sweden, as well as sales of Waratah in Sweden and Norway. We are also an authorized service provider for Vimek Fassi Group, and an authorized retailer and service provider for Deutz Fahr and Kubota.

We are looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson!

About the role

You will work closely with customers, service technicians, and the workshop to ensure that the correct spare parts are available and supplied. The work is varied and combines sales, customer service, purchasing, administration, and inventory management. You will have daily contact with both internal and external customers via the store, phone, and email.

As a spare parts salesperson with us, you will become an important part of our team.

Your experience

You have technical education and preferably work experience with an interest in sales and service. Previous experience with spare parts, sales, customer service, logistics, or service advisory is advantageous. You have good computer skills, are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing, and hold a B-class driver's license.

Your personality

You are solution-oriented, responsible, service-minded, and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs. You are someone who can make independent decisions, filter information, and prioritize tasks. At our company, we value that our employees see the big picture.
