As a fiber technician with us, you will work with the installation, service, and maintenance of fiber optic networks. You handle the entire process – from new installations and fiber splicing to service, troubleshooting, measurement, and documentation – with the goal of delivering reliable and sustainable solutions.

The work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, depending on the scope of the project. You have daily contact with customers, project managers, and other employees, becoming an important part of our work to deliver high quality in every assignment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Fiber splicing and fiber blowing
Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance
Customer installations and commissioning
Fiber measurement, OTDR, and dB measurements
Laying of ducts and customer connections – from local networks to backbone networks
Documentation and reporting
