We are looking for staff for ongoing and upcoming assignments in Braås.

About the role

We are seeking engaged and solution-oriented press brake operators and laser operators for Volvo CE in Braås. The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months through Adecco, with good opportunities for extension. The working hours are scheduled in two shifts.

Your responsibilities
As a press brake operator and laser operator, you will have a varied job. Among other things, you will:

• Operate and set up press brakes and laser cutting machines.
• Work from drawings and ensure that parts are manufactured according to specifications.
• Perform quality controls and ensure that products meet high requirements.
• Handle materials, tools, and simple machine maintenance.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and flows in production.

About you

Qualifications:

• Passing grades in Mathematics 1, Swedish 1, and English 5.
• Upper secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
• Experience from a production environment and industry – preferably within the metal or workshop industry.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Forklift license A1-4, B1, and crane license.
• Experience working with press brakes and/or laser cutting.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and the ability to translate drawings into finished products.
