About the role

At Perido, we are looking for a Financial Assistant on behalf of our client, a government agency tasked with delivering administrative services and supporting other state operations. You will be based out of our office in Gävle.

Your responsibilities

As a Financial Assistant, you will handle ongoing financial administration and support the business in daily accounting tasks. The role involves managing supplier and customer accounts, performing basic accounting duties, and working within financial systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.

You work methodically, have an eye for detail, and enjoy recurring tasks where quality and accuracy are paramount. Qualifications:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of work experience as a Financial Assistant
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• Ability to communicate fluently in both speech and writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for three months with a possibility of extension for another three months.

Start date: 2026-08-17.
