Do you want to contribute to the development of our management systems and support operations in the work with continuous improvements? Then this might be the role for you.

We are now looking for a Business Developer (Management Systems) for Gävle Mill. You will belong to the Quality and Management Systems section, which is responsible for developing the mill's working methods for continuous improvement through management systems and the Billerud Production System (BPS).

The position is a permanent employment starting as soon as possible. The role is based during daytime hours, Monday–Friday.

In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining management systems within quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety. You plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and support operations in process mapping, document control, and operational systems.

The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with managers and employees at the mill, external auditors, as well as colleagues within Billerud.

In the role, you will:

• Develop and maintain management systems within quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, and food safety.
• Plan and conduct internal audits as well as coordinate external audits.
• Act as an internal auditor.
• Be responsible for and develop IT support for the operational system for governing documentation.
• Support operations in process mapping and process control.
• Provide support and training to managers and employees on issues related to management systems.
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods for deviation management.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Business Developer, you have:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with IT support for process and document control.
• Knowledge of management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and FSSC 22000.
• Knowledge in process control.
• Experience with audits.

Additional qualifications if you have experience with:

• Operational control and improvement work.
