Job Description

As an HR Business Partner here, you will play a key role in supporting, coaching, and inspiring our managers in their daily leadership. You will work both operationally and strategically on HR matters such as labor law, union relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, as well as performance and talent management. A key part of the role is to help our managers at the facility in Gävle translate the group's goals and strategies into concrete and relevant initiatives in their daily work.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide close and proactive support to managers in HR processes such as salary reviews, personnel cases, rehabilitation, change management, and labor law issues with associated union contacts.
• Inspire and guide managers in working with performance and talent management.
• Work with organizational development, competence development, and other central HR issues.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in HR, Human Resources, or another relevant field.
• At least three years of broad experience in qualified HR work in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of labor law and confidence in dialogue with union partners.
• Experience working broadly within HR.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting local and central collective agreements, wage formation models, and salary review processes.
