Kullagergrossisten Sverige AB was founded in 1985 in Skåne and has built a strong position in ball bearings and the RC hobby over four decades, serving customers throughout the Nordic region. In 2025, the company acquired new owners in northern Sweden, and operations were moved to Umeå, where the company's next phase of development is now taking shape.

Today, we are one of the leading players in the Nordic RC segment and an established supplier of ball bearings to customers across Sweden, offering a wide range of radio-controlled models, spare parts, accessories, electronics, and ball bearings for both industrial and hobby use.

Most sales are conducted via e-commerce with daily deliveries throughout the Nordic region, complemented by a warehouse shop in Umeå where customers can pick up or shop directly. About the Role

As a Customer Receiver/Customer Service Representative at Kullagergrossisten, you will have a varied and customer-facing role with a broad scope. You will primarily work with customer service via our e-commerce platform, phone, and email, handling inquiries and providing professional product support. At the same time, you will be a key part of daily operations by processing web orders, handling goods receipt, and contributing to an efficient warehouse flow.

You will also meet customers directly in our warehouse shop, providing personal service and creating a positive customer experience – requiring an engaged attitude and a strong sense of service.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders from the online shop
• Receive and process incoming deliveries
• Ensure order and structure in the warehouse and goods receiving area
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process complaints and returns
• Provide product support and basic technical assistance
• Staff the warehouse shop and assist customers on-site

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Service-oriented and comfortable with customer contact
• Experience in customer service or administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Ability to work independently and handle varied tasks
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn more about RC hobby products
• Good computer skills
• Valid B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience with business or warehouse management systems
• Experience in warehouse work
• Knowledge or interest in RC hobby
• Sales experience, preferably in ball bearings/warehouse
• Good command of English
