Tempcon Group is one of the leading players in Northern Europe within temperature-controlled logistics. We are now building an entirely new central sales organization where modern technology, AI, and business acumen will create the next generation of sales.

We become stronger when we work together, share our knowledge, and take joint responsibility for success. Credibility is created when our words and actions align.

Personal Attributes
To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be a team player who thrives on building relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals. You are structured, self-driven, and have a strong business drive with a focus on results. At the same time, you are curious and have a genuine interest in people, business, and development. Since we are building a new central sales organization, you need to thrive in an environment where not all answers are available from the start. You see opportunities where others see challenges and are motivated by the ability to influence. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
What we can offer you
You get the opportunity to help build an entirely new national sales organization, meaning you get to be involved from the start and influence from day one. How should future sales work?
