The role of Administrator As an administrator, you will have a central and varied position with responsibility for creating order, structure, and efficient administrative processes within the project. You work closely with both internal functions and external subcontractors. The role involves many areas of contact and collaboration; there is another administrator in the project with whom you will collaborate closely. You are often one of the first people our new project members meet, and you understand the importance of giving them a warm welcome to the workplace. Your tasks will vary depending on the project's needs and include, among other things:

• Support onboarding of new employees (internal and external).
• Registration of new personnel and ongoing updates to the project's personnel register. Verify that new personnel have the correct permissions.
• Review of subcontractors in Infobric – verification of companies, permissions, and that all requirements are met.
• Work in digital systems, such as Infobric and SSG.
• Ensure that the establishment works as intended and that everything needed is in place. Report errors and follow up on these as needed.
• Support in coordinating contractor housing for project members.
• Conduct purchases for the workplace. E.g., office supplies, consumables, coffee/snacks, and similar.
• Order IT equipment and help get it set up.
• Coordinate conferences and events.
• Structured and clear verbal communication, both individually and in groups.
• Prioritization of tasks in an environment where pace and influx can vary.

You work confidently and independently in digital systems, combine a high service focus with order and structure, and have the ability to communicate clearly regardless of whether the target audience is individuals or larger groups. The role suits you if you thrive in a varied daily routine where administration, communication, and safety work go hand in hand. We are looking for someone with a high school education in a relevant area, preferably supplemented by further education in administration. You have at least one year of experience from similar tasks; experience from the construction industry is an advantage. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills and knowledge of Office365. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. A B-driving license is required. Other information The position is located in Gällivare and is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The work is performed on-site, and working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business, but are primarily during daytime.
