Håbo Buss is a family-owned company founded in 1990. Today, our group consists of approximately 65 buses and over 150 employees. In recent years, we have grown through strategic acquisitions and continue our expansion with long-term vision, quality, and entrepreneurship as our guiding principles.

We are now looking for a Traffic Controller who wants to join us on our continued journey of growth.

About the role

As a Traffic Controller, you play a central role in our daily operations. You are responsible for planning and coordinating traffic, ensuring that our assignments are carried out efficiently, and supporting our drivers in their daily work. You will have many points of contact and become a key part of creating a well-functioning operation with high service and quality standards.

But we are not just looking for a Traffic Controller.

Experience in traffic control, logistics flows, transport planning, or working as a foreman or in another coordinating role is an advantage. However, what matters most to us is not your title or previous industry experience, but who you are as a person and your willingness to develop.
