As Project Manager, you will be overall responsible for our project department, where everyone focuses on the customer, quality, and delivery time.

Your responsibilities include leading, planning, driving, monitoring, and developing the department, as well as actively taking responsibility for certain technical projects yourself.

The role includes personnel responsibility for a department of nearly 10 people working within project management, magnet design, simulation, and magnetic field measurement. Daily management, planning, monitoring, and verification of the department's work, as well as support and development of staff, are a natural part of the job.

You report to our Sales & Project Manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced technical person with good leadership skills who wants to continue developing our project department. You are a driven and social team player who feels a great responsibility for your tasks and colleagues. You thrive with independent responsibility and have the ability to lead, plan, structure, and prioritize your and the department's work within tight deadlines. We value flexible and enthusiastic employees with broad technical competence and a strong willingness to help others.

You have a relevant technical higher education degree for the position and several years of experience in personnel management and project control. Knowledge/experience in electromagnets/magnetic fields is an asset.

You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as fluent in English. You are accustomed to working in business systems, SharePoint, Office programs, and are comfortable with various technical tools, as well as interested in how AI, for example, can help the department move forward.

Scanditronix Magnet AB designs and manufactures customer-specific coils and magnets for use in Research, MedTech, and Industry. Our customers are international research laboratories and companies active in, among other things, cancer treatment.

We currently have just over 60 employees and an export share of approx. 70%.
