We are growing rapidly and are now looking for additional workshop staff for our factory in Vislanda.

Our workshop staff manufactures customer-specific coils, magnets, transformers, and ancillary equipment, primarily used in research and cancer treatments.

Your main task will be within transformer manufacturing, involving processes such as winding, gluing/soldering, assembly, and testing. Other tasks and the production of other products will also occur.

Our workshop work requires craftsmanship, precision, structure, engagement, efficiency, and that everything is performed with the highest quality. In addition to knowledgeable colleagues, you will have access to complete manufacturing documentation, templates, 3D drawings, and test protocols.

Who are you?

We are looking for engaged, responsible, and practical individuals with a strong work ethic and social competence. You are precise and structured while being efficient, flexible, and humble towards the task. Having a crane operator's license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You should work to create a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of community, while serving as a role model for our company and our products. We value a strong work ethic and teamwork over individualism. You are good at collaborating but can, when necessary, also work independently and build and maintain relationships with managers and colleagues. You are expected to contribute and suggest ideas for development and quality improvement, as well as report on problems and deficiencies.

You must have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, and preferably some English. Since we have certain restrictions regarding epoxy casting, it is important that you do not have asthma or other respiratory issues. You will work with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues in a stable and successful company with strong growth and a high level of employee satisfaction.

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement. Location: Vislanda, Småland.

Selection is ongoing, but feedback on applications and potential interviews will take place after the summer vacation period.

Scanditronix Magnet AB designs and manufactures coils and magnets for use in research, MedTech, and industry. Our customers are international research laboratories and companies active, among other things, in cancer treatment. We currently have just over 60 employees and an export share of approx. 70%. We are located in Vislanda, Småland, where we have our manufacturing, assembly, testing, design/development, purchasing, management, etc.
