Team Leader / Business Developer for a Growing Family Business

Ljungenhjälpen is a family-owned service company based in Ljunghusen. Since 2016, we have helped private individuals, road associations, and housing associations with everything from ongoing garden maintenance to pruning, planting, and developing outdoor environments. We also work with exterior cleaning, property maintenance, and house supervision.

We are now growing rapidly and are looking for a person who can become a key figure in our continued journey.

We are primarily looking for someone who is exceptionally social, driven, and willing to work hard.

About the Role

This is a broad role where you work practically as a gardener, while also offering great opportunities for the right person to take on more responsibility and become a key figure in the company.

Our season runs until the end of November and restarts at the end of January 2027. When the next season starts, the ambition is for you to take a leading role in the operations.

Depending on your background, strengths, and how quickly you develop, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and plan the daily work for our team
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and build long-term relationships
• Lead customer meetings and work with quotes and sales
• Ensure our customers receive exceptionally good service
• Identify improvements and develop our working methods
• Participate in developing new services and business areas
• Contribute to the recruitment and development of future employees
• Help build the corporate culture and shape how Ljungenhjälpen develops forward

In other words, this is not a role for someone just looking for a regular job. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, and helping to build something.

You are:

• Extremely driven, curious, and self-motivated
• Social, likeable, and enjoy building relationships
• Initiative-taking with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Unafraid to take responsibility
• Practical and solution-oriented – it must work!
• Interested in developing into a leader

We particularly welcome applications from you who have recently completed, or are about to complete, an education in areas such as:

• Horticulture
• Garden Design
• Landscape Engineering
• Landscape Architecture
• Other relevant academic education

At the same time, you are equally interesting to us if you come from a completely different background but have the right drive, energy, and willingness to learn.

Practical Information

Workplace: Falsterbonäset and Vellinge Municipality

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday

Start: Immediately

Employment: Seasonal employment with restart at the end of January 2027

Driver's License: Category B driver's license is required
