About the Role

As a telephone interviewer, you will collect answers regarding important societal issues by interviewing individuals over the phone. You will follow a structured questionnaire and register the responses in a computer system. Your work contributes to surveys that form the basis for research, statistics, and societal development.

The work is performed on-site at our office in Västerås.

The position starts in October and initially involves approximately 20 hours per week during October and November. There are good opportunities for continued employment thereafter. The work is primarily scheduled for weekday evenings, but there are also opportunities to work some daytime and weekend shifts.

Before starting work, you will undergo mandatory introductory training. The training is conducted mainly during daytime over several weekdays and provides you with the knowledge needed to work on the survey.

About You

• You are flexible, a quick learner, detail-oriented, and enjoy talking to people.
• You have at least one year of continuous work experience.
• You have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You are computer literate and comfortable using the computer as your primary work tool.
• You have good availability for weekday evenings, preferably at least three per week.
• You are available to participate in the mandatory introductory training conducted during daytime before the work starts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work daytime or weekend shifts.
• Previous experience in service, customer contact, or interviewing.
