Project Manager with experience in air filtration – Borås & Gothenburg, Västra Götaland

Summary

Together with our project management team, you are expected to ensure the seamless execution of projects in a secure and stable manner, utilizing internal resources and occasionally third parties and suppliers. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will manage and develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Therefore, communication skills are crucial, as is navigating a matrix landscape both internally and externally. Additionally, you will need to handle risks and take ownership of the complete project documentation. You should have prior experience in our industry – air filtration – for this role.

What you will do – Summary of responsibilities

In this role, validation, review of standards, and customer specifications will be essential. We believe you have well-established skills in time estimation and organizational abilities, as well as an understanding of operational processes, project drafts/standards, and various business offers. The combination of precision, business understanding, and pragmatism when managing and leading your project in correlation with customer requirements is crucial.

As part of our international matrix organization, you will, together with cross-functional colleagues, interact continuously to improve business projects – both content and efficiency based on shared "lessons learned". You will operate seamlessly within the CPS team globally, with ongoing customer interaction. This, in turn, requires commercial interest, understanding, and excellent communication skills in a multicultural landscape for on-time delivery and quality work. The goal is to achieve robust, market-competitive, and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

We believe you have a degree such as Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. You should have documented successful experience of at least two (2) years as a Project Manager – or equivalent documented experience in the air filtration industry, within an international environment with a solid technical background, with understanding or practical experience. You should have prior experience in our industry – air filtration – for this role.

Good written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish are valuable.
