Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Specialist / Azure DevOps Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Build and optimize YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
• Implement DevSecOps principles across software development and operations
• Integrate automated security controls into CI/CD workflows
• Configure and maintain SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
• Integrate security tools and frameworks into development pipelines
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
• Support container-based application deployment and platform automation
• Improve deployment automation, monitoring, and release processes
• Drive continuous improvements in DevSecOps practices and cloud security
• Coach development teams on secure software delivery methodologies
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and Agile Release Train activities
• Manage cross-team dependencies within complex delivery environments
• Evaluate and recommend new DevSecOps technologies and tools
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps within complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps
• Strong experience with both YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD security best practices
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
• Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
• Experience working with container-based platforms and deployments
• Strong collaboration skills with development, operations, and security teams
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Experience working within SAFe Agile or similar Agile frameworks
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
