Team Leader for Warehouse in Rosersberg

Simplex is now looking for a Team Leader for an established warehouse operation in Rosersberg. This role suits you if you enjoy combining operational work on the warehouse floor with a visible and clear leadership style.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you play a central role in daily operations. You are responsible for planning and prioritizing tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting the team to ensure that production, quality, and deliveries meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute daily tasks on the warehouse floor.
• Lead, support, and develop employees in operational work.
• Ensure that routines, working environment, and safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor productivity and quality and work on continuous improvements.
• Handle deviations and contribute to efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with other functions to create a smooth workflow.

Experience from warehouse operations in building materials, industry, or similar environments is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in warehousing, logistics, or terminal operations.
• Has previously worked in a leading or coordinating role.
• Is a confident leader who creates engagement and good team spirit.
• Works in a structured manner and enjoys making independent decisions.
• Has a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
