Are you looking for a varied driving job with lots of customer contact, significant personal responsibility, and a supportive team? We are now looking for a concrete mixer driver for Team Thomas in Stockholm.

About the job

Your main task is to deliver concrete to customers and construction projects in the Stockholm area. You will primarily drive our new concrete trailer (a larger concrete truck), which requires a CE license, but may also involve driving a standard concrete truck if needed. The vehicle departs from the factory in Märsta and can service several of our other factories.

Workdays often start around 6 AM, and schedules are adjusted based on daily deliveries. Overtime may occur if a pour takes longer than planned. Therefore, flexibility is key – and we are naturally flexible in return when life outside of work demands it.

You will become part of our logistics organization, working alongside drivers and pump operators based at various factories. To ensure daily deliveries run smoothly, we collaborate closely with production, customers, and other transport companies. Here, we help each other, solve problems together, and enjoy the journey.

As a driver, you are a key face of Thomas Betong. With safe driving, good service, and professional conduct, you contribute to long-term customer relationships and help us exceed customer expectations.

Profile of the person we are looking for

• Category B and CE driver’s license, plus a valid YKB (professional driver qualification card)
• Experience driving heavy trucks
• Service-oriented and enjoys customer interaction
• Enjoys solving problems when things don’t go according to plan
• Ability and interest in daily maintenance and basic upkeep of the vehicle

Experience driving concrete trucks and knowledge of the construction industry are a plus. At Team Thomas, we value diversity and welcome different backgrounds. The most important thing for us is finding the right person for the team. If you haven’t driven a concrete truck before, we will train you.
