The Role

As a machine operator, you will play a key role in production, working with modern equipment in a technically advanced environment. You are responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently and that every component meets the highest quality standards.

Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift system (morning and afternoon shifts) Start: August/according to agreement Location: Northern Stockholm

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and operate production machines
• Ensure production meets set quality and production targets
• Perform measurements, checks, and quality inspections of manufactured components
• Adjust and optimize machine processes as needed
• Document production results and deviations
• Participate in improvement and development work within production
• Closely collaborate with colleagues in production, quality, and engineering

Who Are We Looking For?

We Prefer That You Have:

• Experience as a machine operator, assembler, or from another manufacturing industry
• Experience working with quality control and measuring instruments
• Ability to read drawings and technical instructions
• Good technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Advantageous/Extra Plus If You Have:

• Experience with CNC-controlled machines
• Experience from precision, fine mechanical, or other advanced manufacturing
• Technical education or equivalent work experience
• Experience with improvement work in production
