About the Company

As an Operator, you will become an important part of a team, responsible for producing raw materials into finished products. You will have a central role in creating the foundation for everything produced.

You handle raw materials such as sugar, flavors, and concentrates, monitor the process, and ensure through analysis that every batch meets the correct specifications. In your daily work, you use advanced control systems, which are the hub of the entire preparation process. Here, you start and control mixtures, check flows, ensure correct dosing, and handle alarms and adjustments to keep quality at its peak.

Practical Information:

• Location: South of Stockholm
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Night shift. Working hours weekdays 22:25–06:05.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials and combine them according to instructions and recipes.
• Quality assure every batch by analyzing and checking that the product meets product specifications.
• Ensure a smooth production flow by replacing empty IBC containers in time so that concentrates and chemicals are always available.
• Work hygienically and safely according to GMP, hygiene guidelines, and current food standards.
• Receive and register raw materials such as sugar, flavors, and concentrates, and ensure everything is documented correctly in the SAP system.
• Maintain equipment by performing cleaning, inspection, and lubrication according to asset care routines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor deviations or escalate further according to the client's processes, to maintain high safety, quality, and efficient operation.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, you need:

• At least two years of experience from a process-oriented environment, preferably within food, beverages, dairy, brewing, pharma, or other hygiene-controlled production.
• Knowledge of asset care and basic troubleshooting.
• System proficiency – you master the Office package and enjoy working in control systems and digital tools.
• Fluent Swedish skills in speech and writing, as well as English skills.
• A forklift license is desirable.

You are analytical, have a genuine technical interest, and thrive in an environment where you get to work close to machines, processes, and control systems. You feel comfortable in a high tempo and are motivated by being part of a dynamic and eventful work environment where much happens simultaneously.
