Job Description

As an Operator within Sweden Operations and Sweden Biologics, you are a vital part of the operations, ensuring quality assurance and contributing to customer confidence in the product. You will monitor production, handle machinery/equipment, perform minor maintenance tasks, and document your ongoing work activities. You will follow up on and analyze problems using Lean tools. Operators manage the operation of associated equipment within a specific section. This involves preparations for new processes, monitoring during the process, and concluding measures (cleaning, etc.) after the process is completed. All work is standardized, and continuous improvement is a key part of every role. All work is carried out according to written SOP instructions and follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The company operates 24/7, and you will work in shifts.

Your Profile

You who apply should possess the following: • High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production). • Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) is meritorious. • Experience working in an aseptic environment is meritorious. • At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. • Very good knowledge of spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish is required. (A test will be conducted). • Ability to work all types of shifts is required. • Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted at the interview). • Documented good system proficiency, e.g., SAP or equivalent, is meritorious. • Experience with GMP and LEAN is meritorious. • Valid forklift license is required. You thrive in a changing environment and are skilled at adapting to changed conditions. The work as an operator can sometimes be physically demanding, which you should be prepared for.
