Förlagssystem is a leading player in logistics and book distribution. As part of our team, you will work with picking, sorting, and packing of articles. The work requires attention to detail, stress tolerance, and the ability to work at a fast pace. Work on the warehouse for flexible consultants is usually Mondays and Tuesdays between 07:00–16:00, but short call-outs also occur on Wednesdays through Fridays. Weekend and afternoon work may be required as needed.

As a flexible consultant in our consultant pool, you will have scheduled shifts, but primarily you should be able to step in with short notice when needed. We expect you to be available for 2–3 shifts per week, and we prefer that availability is primarily scheduled at the beginning of the week. To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person who likes to work towards goals, follow-ups, and results.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick articles according to given picking routes using a tablet, scanner, or voice unit
• Back picking and net picking
• Sorting and packing of articles
• Handling defective or incorrect products
• Use of digital tools in the work process
• Forklift driving (for those who have or are obtaining a forklift license)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work Mondays and Tuesdays 07:00–16:00
• Ability to step in with short notice
• Other main employment (at least 50%)
• Completed upper secondary education
• Physical fitness – ability to walk approx. 20,000 steps per day and perform heavy lifting
• Flexibility and stress tolerance – tasks may vary during the day
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to handle digital tools and systems

Merits

• Category B driver's license
• Forklift license A1–4 and B1–4
• Experience in warehouse work and teamwork

The introduction period lasts for 2 consecutive days (Monday–Tuesday 07:00–16:00 or Thursday–Friday 07:00–16:00) where 100% attendance is expected. The introductions are expected to start in September.
