Permanent Position: Sales Distributor for Pågen in Mora

Pågen is now looking for a Sales Distributor with a Category C driver's license to join Sweden's largest sales force – a strong and engaged organization that supplies the country's shops and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role involve?

In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to supply our customers and shops with our fresh quality products every day. You will become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the shops you are responsible for. You will have a job that is varied, mobile, and enjoyable, as it involves a mix of sales and distribution. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit every day, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to become a little better every day.

• Daily visits to the customers you are responsible for, including selling and restocking our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the stores.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

Who are you?

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant personal responsibility. You are receptive and have an easy time building trust, and you are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure, with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and the position requires a valid Category C driver's license (with valid YKB + Driver's card). We would appreciate experience in retail and sales work, preferably within the food industry.
