Cranab in Vindeln is now looking for a Material Planner who wants to ensure efficient material flows while contributing to the company's continued development.

About the role

As a Material Planner at Cranab, you are responsible for ensuring that the right materials are in place. The role is central to operations and involves daily contact with both suppliers and internal functions.

You will work closely with production, planning, and purchasing, where you serve as a crucial link in creating efficient flows and high delivery security. There is also an opportunity to participate in development and improvement work within the planning function.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and secure material supply
• Handle procurement of production materials and consumables
• Follow up on deliveries and maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers
• Work proactively to identify and handle potential material shortages
• Collaborate with production, planning, and other internal functions
• Contribute to the development and improvement of methods, processes, and systems

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and thrives in a role that combines analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving. You have experience with similar tasks, a good business understanding, and feel confident in dialogues with suppliers and other partners. As a person, you are meticulous, curious, and unpretentious. You thrive in change and see opportunities to develop both methods and processes.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Knowledge of material planning, purchasing, or logistics
• Good system proficiency
• Ability to create structure and drive work forward
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A responsible approach where you identify risks early and act accordingly

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with business systems such as Monitor, SAP, or similar
• Education in logistics, production technology, or equivalent
• Interest in business development and improvement work
