Your role as Kitchen Specialist

For you, communication, coaching others, and achieving results are driving forces. You enjoy building good relationships and tackling various tasks every day. In the role of Kitchen Specialist, you will educate and coach on sales and product knowledge, serving as a key motivator to achieve the best results for the product area. Creative solutions and attention to detail are qualities you possess, which contribute to customers receiving the best kitchen solution from you! The kitchen showroom always looks top-notch when you are on duty, and you have no problem working independently. Flexibility and being close to operations are required; you participate and act in daily work and serve as a role model for others.

Who are you?

As a Kitchen Specialist at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important. You are responsible for the kitchen area, and your task is to use your specialist competence to build trust within the team as well as with customers who need support in this important purchasing process. You love to develop yourself, develop others, and achieve your goals, and of course, have fun while doing it!

• Can offer our customers a holistic solution by selling our products and services.
• Are creative and can help our customers on their way to their dream kitchen.
• Love to educate and develop others within your specialist area.
• Can follow up and develop results within the product area.
• Are detail-oriented and keen to keep the kitchen showroom updated.

Experience in kitchen and white goods sales is an advantage in this role but not a requirement. We will provide you with the knowledge and training required for the Kitchen Specialist role during your introduction, all to ensure you succeed and thrive with us.
