Car Mechanic / Workshop Assistant

We are looking for an engaged and motivated person to work as a car mechanic or workshop assistant in our workshop. Previous experience is not a requirement – we value the desire to learn, take responsibility, and develop.

Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics in daily tasks.
• Perform simple service and repair work after initial training.
• Help with tire changes, cleaning, and maintaining order in the workshop.
• Handle tools and materials, contributing to a safe and well-organized work environment.
• Perform other practical tasks common in a car workshop.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, reliable, and hardworking.
• Has a genuine interest in cars and technology.
• Wants to learn a trade and develop within the automotive industry.
• Can collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Language skills are not a requirement. We use AI-based translation tools when needed, and the role involves no direct customer contact. You will work together with the employer and other staff members in the workshop.

This position is particularly suitable for you if you are eligible for wage subsidies or other employment support through the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).
