Temporary Staffing is part of the staffing unit within the HR department. We support operations across the entire region with the recruitment and administration of substitutes and fixed-term employment. We hold overall employer responsibility for our substitutes and work closely with the operations to contribute to sustainable staffing planning.

Job Responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you play a central role in creating structure, coherence, and quality in Temporary Staffing's assignments. You serve as a qualified support to the unit and contribute to ensuring that our working methods are efficient, legally secure, and uniform.

The role is both operational and development-oriented. You are responsible for coordinating, driving, and developing work processes, as well as ensuring that the operations work according to current regulations and guidelines. In close collaboration with the unit manager and colleagues, you contribute to the continued development of the operations and serve as an important contact person in matters concerning staffing, personnel administration, and labor law.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle daily/ongoing administrative tasks.
• Coordinate issues related to LAS (Employment Protection Act).
• Responsible for the annual salary review (LÖF) for hourly substitutes, as well as special handling of certain groups.
• Provide support in salary matters, labor law issues, and personnel cases.
• Drive and coordinate development work within processes, working methods, and routines.
• Coordinate and develop training initiatives.
• Produce statistics and contribute to monitoring the operations' results.
• Coordinate incoming cases of a more complex nature within the staffing unit.
• Build and develop collaborations with clients and internal teams through ongoing dialogue, with responsibility for coordinating and ensuring the quality of service delivery.

For the role of Coordinator, you should have:

• A university degree in the field of personnel and working life, or other relevant social science education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in service-oriented work with many contact surfaces and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Experience in administrative work and work in digital support systems.
• Experience in driving and coordinating development and change work within processes, working methods, and routines.
• Very good computer and system skills, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and working methods.

Meritorious: Experience in providing qualified support in salary and labor law matters, as well as personnel cases. Experience in working with salary review processes and handling issues related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS).
